I did downgrade from PHP 5.5 to PHP 7.0.13, but does not work.
phpMyAdmin 4.5.4.1
Simply install only the tables below and error occurs in 1067

I dropped in favor of Ubuntu 16.04 server ubuntu server 14.04
Now everything is okay.
Perhaps there are incompatibilities between osclass 3.6.1 and newer version of MySQL in Ubuntu 16.04
