Can't set up my mail server

Hello!! I guess somebody help me...
I try everything...
I can't set up my mail server, nothing works.....
I install the osclass package using softaculus... and there I put my personal e-mail...
After that i wanted to change my mail server to my page but I can't do that...

My email server says that to configure I have to probe this:

(Recomendado)
Nombre de usuario:   ventas@construmarket.com.ar
Contraseña:   Utilice la contraseña de la cuenta de correo electrónico.
Servidor entrante:   a2ss22.a2hosting.com
IMAP Puerto: 993
POP3 Puerto: 995
Servidor de correo:   a2ss22.a2hosting.com
SMTP Puerto: 465
Se requiere autenticación para IMAP, POP3 y SMTP.
 
Configuración diferente de SSL
( NO se recomienda.)
Nombre de usuario:   ventas@construmarket.com.ar

IMAP Puerto: 143
POP3 Puerto: 110

i would like to also know how it is suppose to be set up.
i have no idea.

i know i got locked out and mine also is not working to send me a new password.
so that tells me, its not set up right.

someone please tell us.(in laymans terms)
