i only have config-sample.php, i have renamed config-sample.php to config.php and entered the database information but i still get a white screen. When i view source it says : <!-- SHTML Wrapper - 500 Server Error -->

Hi my host ran a "fix file permission script" and i was able to install v2.3.7.Its now working!!!

what does "fix file permission script" means?
