Cars attributes

Hello, this morning i tried to do some editing in cars attributes, for example i wanted to get rid of "number of air bags" or change the fuel types, it pretty much worked, until i went to publish ad and even though i could select the edited options they would not appear in the ad, so i deleted the edited cars attributes and re installed.

Ive now gone to edit car makes models and types, and i cant delete any of the options, i can change them or leave the fields blank, but cant actually remove, ive re installed all plugins and installed, ive re installed theme, and ive even completly deleted my site to start again, this didnt work so i re installed a backup from a month ago, still no joy.

Such a shame as my site is pretty much ready to go.

any ideas or help would be very much appreciated.

Quick update, i seem to be able to delete with my ipad.

EDIT:  Or if right click the delete button and select open in new tab, it will also delete it.

EDIT: After editing my site, adding various plugins, im now not able to delete makes/models and only add/edit

I hope this helps others having the same issue.

I added  type="button" to the button tags in the conf.php but i was still unable to delete, i then tested with my ipad and i could delete, so maybe its my internet browser.
