Category Drag / Drop function does not work

Category Drag / Drop function does not work, I have noticed that I am unable to drag / drop category and subcategory...
When I drag and drop it shown as done. but a short while later it backs to same place.
I searched all doc and osclass forum before I posted this. I could not find same problem and solution.

Does someone advice me what is causing this drag / drop problem in osclass?

How to solve this?
