Clone or backup settings for a site and have it on multiple sub-domains.

Is it possible to to clone or backup settings for my site and have it on multiple sub-domains in different languages instead of configuring over 100 sub-domains?

Any other way to effect single configuration on multiple sub-domains at one time?
