Error instaalation osclass 3.0.2

hi there. i tryed to install osclass and when typing information about country and region, i click on region to type my region but got error:
Warning: parse_url(http://javascript:void(0) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /home/preview/public_html/index.php on line 44

at the begining of install osclass cheked my configurt of php and msql, everything ok. 
i went to index.php on line 44 i got this: header('HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable')

i just got my hosting yesterday. please advice me, any help or inf?.  i will aprecciate.
