Help with my location file please

I just created a location sql file for my site, but I keep getting syntax error. I tried uploading it via myphpadmin and I got another error. Can someone please look at the error and the file at this link http://forums.osclass.org/general-help/help-with-this-location-file/msg25327/#msg25327. And tell me what I did wrong. Thanks.
