how do you Install the zip file for Patrica theme to web hub hosting company

Hey Everyone

Im new to Osclass and the whole website building.

I have just purchased the Patrica Theme and downloaded the zip file and i am using Web-hosting Hub as my hosting company what is the correct way to upload these files to the hosting company or is it best to download Osclass in my Cpanel then upload the files via the o-c admin

I have got the site live but i am having trouble with the o-c admin and the website is not very responsive and i cant seem to change things easily
