Installation Error On VertigoServ 2.46

I am trying to install on  VertigoServ  2.46, Osclass gives error below;

PHP version >= 5.6.x  ( Green tick ✓ )
MySQLi extension for PHP ( Green tick ✓ )
GD extension for PHP ( Green tick ✓)
Folder oc-content/uploads exists ( Green tick ✓)
oc-content/uploads folder is writable ( Red X )
Folder oc-content/downloads exists ( Green tick ✓)
oc-content/downloads folder is writable ( Red X )
Folder oc-content/languages folder exists  ( Green tick ✓)
oc-content/languages folder is writable ( Red X )
Root directory is writable  ( Red X )
config-sample.php file exists

because of " red X  " sign, I can not proceed for installation, how to make folders writable on VertigoServ  2.46 or Wampserver?
How to proceed installation?

In Windows, as far as I know, you have to go to folder properties, click on security tab and change there the permissions of the folder/files

I hope you know that using Windows server (IIS or whatever) for Osclass (and other php scripts) is an open invitation for problems.

It is a WAMP server (Apache), not IIS.

It's a development environment, similar to XAMPP/WAMP/etc. I run Osclass on Windows (dev) for years without major issues, except when it comes to PHP or SQL versions, or particular bugs in dlls. Of course, it is different from Linux versions, but it works in general w/o problems. Not for production sites, of course.

nowadays, with docker, I don't see why using xamp/wamp/etc
