Ipage.com host Install Ok but Not Login in Admin or User Help Please

Please i need help, im new.

my host server is in ipage.com. the instalation of osclass 2.4.1 was ok, the database is ok i can se the email of admin.

the problem is when i try to login as admin in oc-admin and i try too as a regular user. in the basedate i can see the emails of the admin and user. is sending the mail of registration.

Somebody can helpme i speack spanish sorry for the bad english.

Ok, look, i check the box rememver me, and works.

how this can fixed, because no every body will doit. please help.!
