Missing style.css

When I install osclass I login into wordpress and go to themes. At the bottom it says missing style sheet. In complete.
Looking in the osclass folder there is no style.css.
There is one in the modern theme but that moving that doesnt help.
Please help!

It is not a wordpress theme.  8)
