osclass installation not processing after target

i change permission 755 to 775 but still not working couldn't complete step 2 and problem is there no any error showing

The same for me with using host and localhost

have change all filles and folders to 777 permission but still stop at Target 2 :

Do not play with security if you have no idea what you do.

Folders: 755
Files: 644

This is all you need BUT this is already preconfigured in most REAL hosting companies.
