Osclass Language Problem

I have added Turkish language and selected as default language too...Also on languages section enabled Turkish for website.
I have also disabled English for website..But on front page of site is still indicating as English and not translating / converting..


what could be problem? and how to solve it?

I have added at the attachment language installation sections!
