Problems after update to 2.3.1

I`ve done the update manually...
After the update the problems started... i`m not able to post an ad, I mean.. I post an ad but it doesnt appear on the site.
I`m not able to activate or deactivate any plugin.

Can someone guide me?!

Di you run oc-includes/osclass/upgrade-funcs.php after the upgrade?

It could be an issue we had in 2.3 and 2.3.1. Can you update to 2.3.2 and install the plugin from this post: http://osclass.org/2011/12/13/osclass-2-3-2/

It may fix your problems.

I`ve done oc-includes/osclass/upgrade-funcs.php  of course :D. I`m gonna upgrade it to 232 now. I`ll let you know if it`s ok.
