Small App to create big category

Just created small app to create category.
Initially I need to create lot and lot of categories around 7000.
How to use this:
1. Open excel file included "category.xlsx"
2. Fill up your categories and sub categories.
3. Save as "category.csv"
4. Run "CreateCategory.exe"
5. It will create "category.sql" in the same folder.
6. Open "category.sql" copy and paste the content into your MySql query editor and run it.
