[Solved] Update from 3.2.2 to 3.3 - error "Title too long"

I have made the update trought admin panel. All looks good.
But when I try to add a new listing - "Title too long" error apears (I have tryed to put a tittle with 2 symbols long, also 10 simbols long - the same error apears). I have restored my osclass again to 3.2.2 - all worked. Again update, this time manul update - again the same error "Title too long".

What can be the problem?

In Admin under listings - settings, scroll to bottom, look for Title and Description length. Change to higher settings.

I am still getting this error. I have moved my beta site to live, upgraded to  3.3.2
I check the ItemAuctions to make sure it was current. and changed the fields to 1000 and 10000. I still get the error.

oddly enough, with this new update the 100 for title and 5000 for description seems to be the only thing that works.
oh humm.
