UPGRADE PROBLEM 3.0.2 TO 3.2.1

DEAR ALL,

I COPIED OS-ADMIN, OS-INCLUDE FOLDER OF 3.1.2 TO OLD 3.0.2 INSTALLATION
BUT AFTER THIS .. ONLY WHITE PAGE APPEARS, OSCLASS STOPPED WORKING

CAN ANYONE GIVE IDEA.. HOW TO FIX/CHECK THIS..

ITS DONE... JUST COPY PASTE OC-LOAD.PHP ALSO

Thanks Conejo, actually i forgot to disable permalink, and upgraded, will it create some problem anywhere in website. ?
however my site is working fine as per my knowledge.
