Upgrading from 237 to 240 Fail

I have upgraded osclass and i get following error

Am intampinat cateva probleme la actualizarea structurii bazei de date. Urmatoarele interogari au esuat

ALTER TABLE oc_t_city ADD FOREIGN KEY (fk_c_country_code) REFERENCES oc_t_country (pk_c_code)
ALTER TABLE oc_t_country_stats ADD FOREIGN KEY (fk_c_country_code) REFERENCES oc_t_country (pk_c_code)
ALTER TABLE oc_t_region ADD FOREIGN KEY (fk_c_country_code) REFERENCES oc_t_country (pk_c_code)

Aceste erori pot fi false-positive . Daca esti sigur in acest caz, tu poti continue with the upgrade, or ask in our forums.

I click to continue with upgrade and nothing change !

After upgrade proccess, still says to update to 2.4 ?

If at admin panel says that is updated, can you access to database and copy&paste the tables ?

you can do this with this sql, show tables;

In admin panel still say i gave 237 and i need update! When i click to update it say that error!
I update manually and still have this problem!
