Visiting WEBSITE IN BROWSER? wHAT?

I have started the process of adding this to my websitr, I am at the point where it tells me to visit my website in my browser and ill be prompted to install the program. it says

" Go to your website within your browser at:
yourdomainname.com You should be able to see the following
message:
“There doesn’t seem to be a config.php file. Osclass isn’t
installed. Need more help"

What are they talking about? Within my browser? how else would i visit my website. also...they want me to visit the actual link everyone else uses to visit my site?
i use ipage.  if that matters

You need to upload the files to your server via FTP, once the files are uploaded, then visit your website, where your files where uploaded, usually is your domain, but if you uploaded the files in a  folder, then it should be something like "yourdomain.com/foldername/". You will continue with the install, a process that has to be made only once. Once the installation is complete, the message will not show anymore, so people will be able to visit your website.
