Can I or author make these changes?

First, thanks for the plugin, it's very nice.

I got the plugin installed fine. There is an option I would like or be able to remove one.

My posting is for companies only posting jobs, not for people to post "looking for". The plugin doesn't appear to give the option of disabling or selecting what you want. Is there a way I can edit it so it is only for company to showing "Hiring"?

The second item is 3 of the fields. The company name field is 30 characters but the box only shows like the first 20, I would like it to be the same size of 30.

The field for Desired experience is a text field with small area of 20 characters, I would like that changed to a text box with more room.

The box for Studies is the same or I would like an option to disable the field.

Please see screen shot.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

You're free to do as much modification to the plugin as you want

Though your not asking I thought I would suggest dropping that plugin and using the plugin- custom_attributes.
With this plugin you can chose exactly what you want and how you want it. I am very certain you will be quite satisfied.

After downloading and installing, click configure to chose the categories you want it to work with. Now in the admin side bar under plugins, custom attributes, you can add/edit attributes and values.
 
I believe this is compatible to Osclass 3.2.
Unlimited and very easy, clean plugin.

If you downloaded custom_attributes prior to 10-16-2013 and if it did not work in the more recent versions of Osclass then please re-download the updated version (10-16-2013) of the plugin here:

I downloaded the plugin and I'm testing it to replace the job, real-estate and car plugins.
I'm not getting the group heading displayed at sidebar (in the place of "car attributes"), although I have entered it. How can I fix this, please?
