a few modifications to osclass website

Hello,

I need the following:
1.  A function wich at item-post will disable gallery for a few categories.
Example:
- Category SELL - i need pictures min 4 max 8
- Category Buy - here the client doesn't have pictures to add...so i need to disable it.

2. A function for custom attributes for them to have a range in search.
Example:
- Custom Atribute Floor (dropdownlist with 1,2,3,4,...20). On list at search i need this to be like min floor-max floor, like price range in search.

3. A function for location. In Osclass we have Country > Region > City. After city i need to add areas in each city.
