Addons to my site

Hello all.

   I am in need of some add on's to my site.

   Will try to describe what I need and you can PM me with a price quote or email me.

   1. customer can buy a monthly subscription for posting adds. 3 different categories.
   2. non paying customers can only post x pics and x adds per week etc.
   3. some minor layout on the page, make it look better :-)

Let me know if anyone would be interested in this and how much it would cost pls.
