No, for two reasons. It conflicts with 3.3.2 and also it was never 100% finished (at least not for Modern theme).

I have tried real hard myself to add those functions to Modern theme (i have created also a thread about it), i spend several hours myself to do it, and i failed.

It is sad that nobody cared about it, the original creator of the theme maybe, to help. Since Modern there is heavily used by people.

No it is a clear theme mod. But just 4 files changed. The full theme with the mod is at github.
