Like having more form to place ads

Hi
I want three items for post-place ads but only in order to have texts and different descriptions and booths by private companies.
Ex.
1. Ads Private (item-post-1)
2. Ads Company (item-post-2)
3. Ads Edit (original form item-post)
The third "Ads Edit" is the original one I add the custom field with the selection dropdown Company or Private as a required field.
I wish that when I click on "Ads Private" the custom field Company/Private view and you should not be selected automatically in Private; then be selected automatically as a company when I click on "Ads Company".
Regarding the payment for ads is then possible to make sure that after you set the prices for the categories; if the custom field selected is "Private" entry is free, but if it was published as "Company" is considered the price set in the category.
