This is not a simple thing to do.. This requires some hardcore codin along with the paypal API, also SSL etc.. And for anyone to integrate its not cheap, are you sure you cant accept the paypal payment system already integrated in the plugin ?
This would require the API development, linked with the oscass DB... Im not trolling, but i depends on your business. If you have a large company of course it makes sense, but if you are just starting up... Wait until you make enough to pay for it!
