OS Class Theme Modification NEEDED ASAP

Hi everyone,

I would like a developer who can replace the header and footer files that are currently there with ones I provide while maintaining the functionality of OS class. Also, I would like my two databases(one that I created and one that was provided by OS class script) to be linked and synchronized. For example, logging in to my main site as a user, should mean that I am also automatically logged in to the OS class database as well. Also, when someone "sign up" as a user on MY page, the OS class script should detect that when the user goes to the pages running on OS class script...so basically the user databases should be linked.
