I require a Modification that;
At Registration Choose Profile Type:
Homeowner - Have Permission to Post Jobs
Tradesman - Have Permission to Read Jobs
Different Profiles have different options, permissions, features.
Homeowner Posts a Job (they require doing in their home) for Free with the following:
Chooses Type of Job
Job Title
Job Description
Location
Name
Telephone Number
Tradesmen can view the Job and can see
Type of Job
Job Title
Job Description
Location (City Only)
Tradesman cannot see
Name
Telephone Number
Email Button
In order to view the Name & Telephone Number fields and the Email Button, the Tradesman must pay a Fee using Paypal
I'd also like Tradesmen to have Profiles with Business Information, Contact Info e.t.c as well as a 5 Star rating & Feedback.
This will then allow this site to function similar to mybuilder.com and ratedpeople.com

I am hoping that since some of the functionality if not most of it is already present in some form for OSClass that a reasonable person will provide a reasonable quote. If price is reasonable there WILL be more work.
