email alerts and so cron job are not working

My hosting does not support.
I have enabled Automatic cron process in osclass.
email alerts for subscribers is not working.
opening mysite.com/index.php?page=cron shows a black page and mail is not working.
opening mysite.com/oc-includes/osclass/cron.php shows "ABS_PATH is not loaded. Direct access is not allowed."
easycron is also not working.

Please suggest some method for this.

Did you follow the instructions above?

I have already checked this tutorial. No luck yet.
