Hello,
I have a Modern theme I have edited to be responsive (Fluid) along with several additional features:
Category icons
Search bar with search terms, category, state, city, min/max price boxes and more.
 
Though I'm sure some folks can and likely will find something not quite right, it is great if you want the modern theme as a starter basis to make your own changes.

HUGE Update.
Cleaned up CSS, layout and appearance.


Now has:
Scrolling Marquee Welcoming logged in user.

Category icons.
Scroll down Sub - categories.


Search bar with drop down Country, Region/state/City with correct Tracking. User can also manually  enter Country, Region/State/ City.
Show Ads with Pictures only, Min/Max price.


Sidebar has:
Site Total Ads
Search by City
Search by Price.
Ads by City
Ads by region/State.
Dual Rotate on page load Premium ads.

Footer has;
