How to make the users scroll the cities and regions like the countries when they want to post a new ad?

I suppose you want to change auto-complete fields into select boxes:

Thanks you for your reply but i think it's not the same structure and files as the latest version of modern theme that i am actually using.

I just change the files following the os-class tutorial, but it does'nt work, it shows me error.
