[Solved] Images not fitting in the display section

In modern theme Images leaving white space at top and bottom such that it is not fitting into neither in the preview, thumbnail or normal size. See the snapshot attached is there any way to fit images exactly into that box displaying...?   ???

Go to Admin panel > Settings > Media and check "Force image aspect. No white background will be added to keep the size." then click Save button.

But keep in mind, that now each image can have different size. There was white background to keep all images to be same-sized and looks better on search page etc.. ;)
