modern has a map setting?
« on: November 22, 2013, 01:48:41 am »
I don't know if it's a new thing, but as I can't find any help on it..
I stripped the code out of the usa map w/image so I can use it with the modern theme. of course it doesn't work!

so I put all the original files back to the way they where, with default spain map. so why would there be a tease of this map if you can't change the map?
besides it doesn't even show on the home page. :-\

I have done a couple of maps taking this plugin as base:

http://forums.osclass.org/plugins/(new-plugin)-rollover-map-for-the-uk/

I think the thing is nothing but replace the area map data in map_uk.php with those of your map and then combining it with mapper.js to get the nice hover effect.

Hi,

Well, lots of info on that matter around here, just use the search utility of the forum (make map), but there is already an India theme with a built-in map, once you understand the basics you may canibalize the map in that theme to insert the needed code into yours.
