please help me in activate the sub domain for my website

i tried to activate the subdomain option in my website bitemango.com ( it is a shared hosting) but it ended up with some unknown error like cant post new add......so i reinstalled the osclass and want to try it now.

i can give any one my web hosting password and my osclass admin user id and password. can any one help to activate it successfully.
