Dealers need to pay

Hi,

is there a posibility with the Payment-Plugin to make dealers pay per post and for the general public its all free?

for example:

Dealer:
PayPerPost: 0.5
Premium: 1.0

Public:
PayPerPost: 0
Premium: 1.0

Hi

We're making some improvements in the plugin, and we're considering something similar.

I have a doubt, what makes an user a dealer or not? Because if I will have to pay, I will say I'm not a dealer, so I will be able to publish ads without having to pay.
