How to customize Payment plugin to match with my template [SOLVED]

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to make the payment plugin match with my template without success. With many other templates i tried it works without modifying nothing but with this one it doesn't work. Anybody have a clue why?

 have included images of the dashboard page that is working perfectly, and then the payment page that takes me to a bender style template.

You need to check if your theme have a file called user-custom.php must be in oc-content/themes/YOUR_THEME/
If is not there, ask to the theme creator to add it to the theme.
What theme are you using?

it's all fixed yep didn't have the file i wrote it and works perfectly now.
