olx payment plugin - charge different currency foreign currency Paypal

I recently have seen on one of the olx website that they show on front end one currency but when you proceed to pay by Paypal they charge you EUR.

The currency shown at user side is not supported by paypal and that is why they are using something to convert the currency.
Is there anyone here who knows what plugin they use to do that or can anyone do it for my website?
Any ideas are also welcome!
