Osclass Payments Pro Premium Ad not expiring after set days Issues

I have got multiple issue to be resolved with osclass, one of them being osclass payments pro premium ads do not expire after set days.

For example: If i set the premium ad expiry to be 7 days the ad should change to normal/standard ad but it does not unless I manually remove the premium status, i was told originally by payments pro plugin support team that cron job might not be working and then they requested a debug file, after investigation they said its not the plug in issue.

My question is then what is causing the issue and how to fix it?

The issue is not with the Osclass Payments Pro as advised by the plugin support team, secondly it is not related to the ultimate payments plugin.

Hence I posted here, thought it would be a good stating point. If I had known where to post it would have done so already.

Sorry, my mistake, I assumed you haven't contacted support and just glanced through the initial post.

Check in your database when was the last time your cron run, also try to investigate the issue with your hosting support why cron is not working.

Your log is in RTF format and almost 70 MB in size! Try to use ordinary text format in the future, and try to limit it to smaller chunks (e.g. 1-10MB max), as this is really hard to examine in any meaningful way in a short time.

All I can see are some notices from your theme, so nothing PHP-related re plugin happens. Could be the cron is not running, check some other related forum topics for troubleshooting tips.
