Hello

 I bought the PayPal Plus plugin but I'm having some trouble in the configs.
1º-I want the user to publish an advertisement when you click the button, "Publish" to be redirected to a page with the information of the highlights promotion, etc how do I that?

I bought this plugin on osclass store, because I thought it was easier to have your support!
Apparently I was wrong!
Not an answer, even if it's saying that I'm an idiot and don't know how to work with the plugin?
After all, who should I ask for support of the plugin that I bought?

Hi,

Forum support is not equal with Osclass Market support. They are completely separate things.
You have to click on a link "Having a problem? Asking a question?" below each item (plugin or theme). Message will be passed directly to the developer(s). See screenshot.

I will suggest to change this into something like "Open support ticket for <item>", might clear up the confusion.

I also have continuing problems with the plugin paypal plus I purchased.
They happen all the money transactions and does not work and the Premium Move up.
The developer claims that it is a server problem, but I contacted the hosting and ensure that everything is fine.
I sent an email to the developer and expect to answer me ..... I hope to do it, otherwise I have thrown away money.

I am having problems with Paypal Plus too.

My wallet doesn't update even after purchasing a credit pack.

No response from the developer/support either.

Noi abbiamo risolto questo problema con PAYPAL ADVANCED 3.4.5
Siamo in attesa che il nostro plugins venga messo nel market.
Attualmente è disponibile nel sito in firma.

I bought the plugin in June has never worked properly.
I asked support from all the ways that I found
In none had answers.
I opted not to use the plugin and bought another one to another developer.
The support was fantastic and my new plugin now works.
Your ... I honestly don't recommend for various reasons.
I ran out of my money!
Because if you go to see your mail I ask the return and that you responded!

The plugin works fine.
Proof of this - more than 500 plugin downloads and a lot of good reviews.
It is not clear that you have not worked.
It is not clear where and what you wrote.
If you buy on the market - it was necessary to open a ticket, and do not write here.
If any of the authors of the Market can not help you, the Osclass team will return money.

- 500 download does not mean 500 purchases and does not mean flawless run
- it is not necessary open ticket on market, you can ask for help in any channel, only reason to write ticket is "that communication can be used in refund case", but I think on forums it is same, or more-less same
- "If any of the authors of the Market can not help you, the Osclass team will return money." - what author should help him? If you do not help him, you will be withdrawn and refund will be paid from your money, more you can be banned from market
- "In July I had a rest and sometimes answer in 2-3 days." - but you did replied on forums after more than one month ?

I didn't write that it is 500 sales.
And generally I don't watch al time that write here.
In the Market there is a system of tickets for support.
For you it is possible  not an indicator - 500 loadings and many good responses.
But for buyers - I think it an excellent indicator.
What relation you answer has to a Paypal plus plugin ?
I already understood, for you the main thing to get into any in a topic - and to write unclear that.
