Turn off free adds

Does anyone know how to turn of the free add,
What we want to do is have a subscription system were users get the first month free and then pay per month .

Right now you can use Payment Plugin and make all ads for fee (resp. all categories are paid), but I think there is no way to make 1 month for free (or any period for free) and then it is paid.

From other side, you could get many double-registration only because of this.
