Warning from payments plugin

Helo Sir,
Today i install payment plugin. But I try to install i get a error , need to make a file "cofig.php" in payment plugin folder. after i maid the file with the codes. after that i receive this error. please help me..

Anyway, your problem is caused probably by a character (maybe an empty space) before or after the PHP tags <?php or ?>
