3.5.6. and Rich edit

Does anybody know how to make Rich edit work with 3.5.6.?
Installing is without errors.
It's visible in admin.
Only users can't use it, because it's not visible for them.....

I searched for hours but can't find the correct solution.

Actually it is NOT visible in Admin since admin use anyway rich editor without the plugin.

Have you Enabled the plugin ?

Yes.
I ment i see the plug in in admin at plug ins.

Then some confilct maybe is messing with richedit.

Enable debug for Osclass and check.
