how can i  add  route  in my plugin without header and footer page ?

can i unset header and footer page in my plugin ?

actually i want a blank page .

Because i want to make a plugin for everyone and everyone can easy to use 

anyway, I crate programmatically Custom Page (used: http://doc.osclass.org/Create_custom_pages)
