Alerts to users when a particular product is uploaded by a particular user

Hi all,

We have a functionality of subscribe alert in osclass..but that mails only on search criteria..so my question is that is there any code or a plugin that allows users to receive email or sms alert when a particular product is uploaded (title of the product) or its uploaded by a particular user...for example if a person is searching for a property in a particular area ..then he can set alert that if a property is loaded with the title of that area (example - 1 room for rent in new york)..or if a particular agent of your area is registered on website and you know that he will post some good properties in your area then you can set alert so that if he posts any new ad then you get alerts..

Can anyone help me?
