Correct cities not displaying in Drop down

HI, I have followed below (http://doc.osclass.org/Changing_between_drop-down_and_autocomplete_for_locations) link for changing to drop down menu and but was not getting regions and was getting error as I had only 1 country and further this link ( http://forums.osclass.org/3-2-x/autocomplete-cities-are-blank/msg78126/#msg78126 ) post resolved the issue.

But wrong cities are displaying in city head.
