How are we going to help you? You are using a customized plugin, you did not share any code, nor the plugin, so we have no way to tell you what is wrong.
Check your network inspector at firefox or chrome, probably some file is not being loaded and it should.

Also, these are community-driven support forums, just be patient, no one is getting paid to help you.
