I do not know if others would have a use for this. I needed something easy to show at the extreme top of site pages for a logo and some text.
WORKS IN ALL OSCLASS VERSIONS.
This FREE plugin places a very fluid (Responsive) bar (box) at the extreme top of the screen.
Suggested uses are:
Internal and/or External Links, Images, Announcements and more.
Could even have links to multiple Osclass installations across domains. Use YOUR imagination.
There is no configuration needed for plugin to work. You will have to edit the index.php file to make appearance changes.
Often times
www.osshaft.org site uses "Topper" so take a look at top of screen.
