Google Maps seems stuck

Hello, 

I am using the Google Maps plugin on my site but the maps seems to be stuck on Palo Alto California for some reason.  Isn't it supposed to show the general area of where the product is located?  Does anyone have any idea why this is or what I can do to correct this?  Thanks for your help...
