How to configure Hit counter to work for other country /timezone

I have installed user statistics (hit counter) for Bangladesh, here: http://khanslist.com/ however the statistics get reset (cleared) according to US time and thus people things there is no user. IT has to be in Bangladesh time that is US + 11 hours.  How do I do this?? Thanks!

I checked the source of the plugin and it uses the server's time . Is your server date configured correctly?

Thanks for you input. Server time is configured okay but the server is in the US timezone. I will need Bangladesh time zone for the config. Bangladesh is 11 hours ahead of estern time that is US + 11 hours. How do I change that? what file? Please help. Thanks!!

Did you configure the timezone in Osclass' admin panel?
