osclass payment pro plugin

I want to buy osclass payment pro but I want to know if it integrates paystack for Nigerians and also whether it contains the system whereby buyers can pay online for a products and the money will be transfered into my account until the seller delivers the goods to the buyer, then I will release the money to the seller. Please I need this urgently so than I can lunch my site .
